PH International in Ukraine

PH has worked in Ukraine for over two decades and has had a permanent representative office in Kyiv since 2015. PH Ukraine successfully implemented the Police as Leaders in Athletics for Youth (PLAY Ukraine) with the Juvenile Prevention Police with support from ECA. PH Ukraine also has a long history of serving underprivileged Ukrainian youth through English Access Microscholarship programs (Access) and entrepreneurship development programs funded by DOS

As Ukraine continues to defend its homeland, the needs and challenges are overwhelming and complex.  The newly funded Justice for Ukrainian Youth program makes an important contribution providing critical support to criminal justice professionals in the prosecution of war crimes committed against Ukrainian youth and raising awareness about the rule of law, human rights, and the legal consequences of war crimes.  Funded by the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, PH is proud to be working collaboratively with local communities and state law enforcement agencies to better protect Ukrainian youth.
